Red and Black Week Day 5 + Day 6

Unfortunately, I've been having a lot of "Blue screen of Doom" moments on my computer, and it happened on day 5 just as i was posting :( so! after some more dramas and goings on, I've reached the computer, and i will put together the two days for you :3 <3

And not only that, but for the last 4 days Western Australia (mostly the south west) where i live, has been pelted by massive storm winds, up to about 140KPH....so, as much as i wanted to get everything in on time, i simply couldn't, we have been without power, reception, gas and water for 4 and a half days, so if simply wasn't possible :( and being in a rural apple orchid area, we need power to pump our water, and being surrounded by old trees and a highway out the front, it's been terribly dangerous :/ but the worst is over for now, and power is restored, which im super happy about!!! :D *

For day 5 i put up a selection of photos i've done for my local bellydance group. these ones are of my great friends/ neighbor/ journalist/ writer/ just all round AMAZING person, Nina Smith :D

And here is Day 6!! which is a collaboration of some of my favorite photos with friends, involving red and black :D (...it seems to be all i wear, haha!)

Red and Black Week Day 4

Today has been a very exhausting and wonderful day, having to leave dani behind for work was a toughy, i love that sandwich! i had an amazing time, and i want to do it again :3
Im so weak and tired from all the awesomeness and work, that i really couldn't bring myself to change back into nice clothes after jumping into my jammies, so, with a tired face and no lady supports, i give you day 4.

For Red and Black week today, i thought i would do something a little different.
i would like to introduce you to someone.

Her name is Fly, and she is very dear to me <3
We've had her for many years, and it's been in the recent years that our bond has intensified.
You see, she is my Familiar.

She keeps me happy, cheers me up, i find myself longing to hug her when im away, and my mother tells me, she acts the same, looking a bit lost and lonely when i haven't been home in a while, and will rush to greet me home when i do return.
We are kindred spirits, pieces of one soul even, i love her, she loves me.
This is why i would love to share her with you for day four <3
She is Pure black, and i am Flamey red, and oh how we fit well!

Red and Black Week Day 3

So! day day three of R&B day has come!
Me and my lovely dani went into town today, got to meet up with some awesome peeps, played around, and best of all-
We got to frock up in our awesome attire! ;D

Day two of Sophistiques Red and Black week! YAYS!
I'm looking a tad horrid today, as i had to work (on a public holiday) and, well, just feel blah....so i haven't taken a picture of me wearing red and black Q.Q

Red and Black Week Day 1

So, one of our latest topics on The 'Goth and More' Blogging Community (aside from my boobs) has been Red and Black week.

Not having known many other goths IRL and online in the past, i had no idea what this was about, but it intrigued me as red and black are one of my ALL TIME  fave colour combinations!! :D so i asked, googled, and received!
thus i have decided;

I will participate in red and black week :D YAY!!

so here are some photos for day one ^.^
These were from a photo project for Valentines day 2012, done by my beautiful friend Helen from Ishtar Photographics <3

We are planning to do some more in the coming moths, one will include me doing a very curvacious version of Poison Ivy ;)

Tomorrow, im going to re-dye my hair after work, so that on tuesday when i visit my beautiful Dani DeathBiscuit, we can take some super gorgeous photos for Red and Black week and other fun things!
